She made her Bollywood debut in the film “Taal” (1999), in which she played the role of Janki. In 1999, she played Clara Rodriques in the Hindi TV series “Hasratein”. The TV series is aired on Zee TV. In 2000, she made a brief appearance in the Bollywood super hit film Hera Pheri. In 2001, she starred in the Hindi film “Chori Chori Chupke Chupke” with Salman Khan.
In 2002, she played Buaji in the Hindi film “Humraaz”. In the same year, she acted in the film “Kyaa Dil Ne Kahaa”.
