Bhartishee also known as Bharti Devi is an Indian spiritual leader who recites Kathas and Pravachans at various spiritual events. She is famous for being the daughter of controversial spiritual leader Asaram Bapu.

Parents and siblings
Her father, Asaram Bapu, is a controversial Hindu spiritual leader who was sentenced to life imprisonment in 2013 for rape and murder. Her mother, Lakshmi Devi, is also a spiritual leader. Her brother, Narayan Prem Sai, a self-styled sadhu, was sentenced to life imprisonment along with his father in the same case.

In 1997, she married Hemant, a doctor by profession and a devotee of Asaram. Three years after the marriage, the couple divorced and Bharti Shri Ji returned to her father’s home. According to some sources, the main reason for her divorce was Asaram’s excessive interference in her marital life.
Spiritual Journey
According to her official website, she is a scholar, scientist, poet, musician and spiritualist. She started her spiritual training at the age of 12. After her divorce, she worked in her father’s ashram and later started her own ashram where she preached Kathas and Pravachans.
According to her devotees, she possesses divine powers and her sweet voice attracts people.

In 2008, she started the ‘Prerna Divine Foundation’ which works for the benefit of humanity. She also started an NGO called ‘Laksh Prerna Divine Foundation’. Some of the popular NGO campaigns started by her include Divya Shishu Ratna (Vedic Garbh Vigyan), Anti-Drug Movement and Gau Seva.

In 2013, she was arrested for allegedly raping two sisters in Surat. During the investigation, Bhatti confessed that Bhatti and her mother had sold the girls to her father and brother. A few days later, Bhatti and her mother were granted bail.
