Bob Vila is parting ways with his longtime home in Florida!

A well-known local expert, known for his shows This old house and Home again with Bob Vila, has officially listed his sprawling Palm Beach, Florida abode for $52.9 million. It is located on Everglades Island and has a private waterfront with a beautiful view of the Lake Worth lagoon.

Built in the 1940s, the seven-bedroom, six-bathroom property was completely renovated and extended in 2006, just a year after Vila and his wife, Diana Barrett, bought the house. This is the first time it has gone on the market in nearly 50 years since Barrett’s parents bought it in 1975.
