Bobbi Althoff Breaks Silence After Husband Cory Files for Divorce: ‘I Will Always Love Him’ 

Bobbi Althoff has confirmed that she and her husband Cory Althoff are divorcing.

“As most of you have heard, Cory and I have filed for divorce,” Bobbi, 26, wrote on Instagram late Wednesday, alongside a black-and-white photo of the former couple. “As sad as I am right now, I’m so grateful for the time I got to be his wife.”

Cory, 34, filed for divorce from the podcaster in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Wednesday, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE. He listed July 4, 2023 as the separation date, three years and five months after they tied the knot on January 31, 2020.

The couple are parents to daughters Isla (1) and Luca (3). Cory is seeking joint physical and legal custody of their children. The software company’s CEO also checked the box to prevent the court from awarding spousal support to either party.

In her statement Wednesday, Bobbi said their daughters are “so lucky to have” Cory as a father and that she is “so lucky to work with such an amazing father and person.”

“Even though our relationship didn’t work out as husband and wife, we will always be friends and I will always love him,” Bobbi wrote.

PEOPLE has reached out to Cory’s attorney for further comment.

Bobbi is a social media influencer who started her career on TikTok, where she shared her life as a young mother. In 2023, she started leading Really good podcast, featuring celebrity interviews that went viral thanks to Bobbi’s deadpan humor and awkward questions. Some of her interview subjects include Drake, Lil Yachty and Mark Cuban.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Cory is senior vice president of software development programs at CompTIA. He only appeared a few times on Bobbi’s social media profiles, including a promotional video for Bounty in April 2023.
