TWO bodies have been found in surf bags during the search for Australian TV presenter Jesse Baird and his partner Luke Davies.
It comes days after police officer Beau Lamarre-Condon, who previously dated Mr Baird, turned himself in and was charged with two murders.

The remains were found on a farm in the town of Bungonia on Tuesday – more than 180km from where Mr Baird and Mr Davies were allegedly killed in Paddington last Monday.
NSW Police Commissioner Karen Webb said: “We are very confident we have located Luke and Jesse.”
Officers worked around the clock to find Mr Baird and Mr Davies after bloody clothes and a bullet casing were found at the former landlord’s home.
The cartridge went off on Lamarre-Condon’s official weapon — and he turned himself in second to authorities on Friday.
Investigators searched areas in Bungonia, Waterloo and Lambton but were unable to find any trace of Mr Baird and Mr Davies.
But police say on Tuesday, Lamarre-Condon revealed to officers where the couple’s bodies were after she initially refused to cooperate.
Two hours later, they found the remains in two surf bags along with “other items of interest” at a remote property in Bungonia, officers said.
Detective Superintendent Daniel Doherty said: “The driveway goes up to the property and there is a fence and it is off the driveway.
“It appears that an attempt was made to cover the bodies with rocks and debris.”
The bodies were found “near the entrance to [Bungonia] property” – 20 minutes from the original search location – DS Doherty added.

Officers believe Mr Baird, 26, and Mr Davies, 29, were shot on February 19 by Senior Constable Lamarre-Condon.
Police say “two surf bags” were used to transport the bodies from Baird’s home in the Sydney suburb of Paddington, where the couple are believed to have been killed, to a remote property.
DS Doherty said the families of Mr Baird and Mr Davies were aware of the tragic development.
NSW Police Commissioner Karen Webb said police were “very confident” the bodies were those of Mr Baird and Mr Davies.
DS Doherty added: “It’s probably mixed emotions for them. You can understand how they felt.
“But at least they have an answer and they want to travel to the Goulburn area and we’re going to support them as much as we can and accommodate them.”
Lamarre-Condon, 28, Mr Baird’s ex-boyfriend, was charged with two counts of murder last Friday after he handed himself in to police.
Last Wednesday, he was seen buying an angle grinder and weights, police said.

Former Australian TV presenter Baird and her flight attendant boyfriend were last seen in Paddington on February 19.
A massive manhunt has been launched for the couple after bloodstained clothing and a “missile” were found in a bin in Sydney.
DS Doherty said “a large amount of blood was found” at the crime scene – along with a bullet matching Lamarre-Condon’s service pistol.
Police fear Lamarre-Condon may have killed the couple at their home in Paddington before driving them to Bungonia.
Authorities also said the suspect may have transported the bodies in a white rental van.
New South Wales Police said the alleged killer took an acquaintance to a remote property last Wednesday.
They claim he broke the lock on the door before leaving the woman there, drove a van to the property and returned to her door 30 minutes later, police said.
The female acquaintance, who cooperated with police, said she “didn’t know the bodies were in the vehicle,” NSW Police Force Deputy Commissioner David Hudson said.
Authorities believe an angle grinder purchased by Lamarre-Condon was used to break down the door.
Officers believe Lamarre-Condon later returned and moved the bodies again.
An autopsy is planned.
The suspect will be refused bail and is expected to face court this weekend.
Lamarre-Condon had previously dated Mr Baird and officers were told their break-up was “bitter”.
Mr Baird reportedly expressed concern for his safety and said he was being stalked.
Mr Doherty said there were “no warnings or flags for us about his behavior or any disconnect”.
Celebrity stalker Lamarre-Condon was known for taking selfies with famous faces like Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus and Kim Kardashian.
