Parenting can be difficult – especially when a child throws a tantrum.
One TikTok user who goes by the name Yana_Mom_ on the social video platform knows the struggle all too well as she shared a video of her son leaving the house after refusing to give him candy for breakfast.
In the video, the mom zooms her phone’s camera out the window, focusing on her son walking on the side of the road as one hand pushes a black stroller containing his little sister and the other pulls a silver suitcase.
The child, who looked like he was dressed for winter, wearing a black coat with a blue cap, even brought along his stuffed polar bear, which he placed on top of his luggage.

The mom posted the video with the words: “My son left home with his sister after I didn’t let him eat candy for breakfast.”
“He brought with him the most necessary things – his sister and his toys,” she joked in the description, along with a smiley face emoticon.
The video has so far garnered over 8.7 million views, over 700,000 likes and over 3,000 comments as of Saturday afternoon.

In the comments section, several users reacted, including one who joked: “He said, ‘Come on sis, we don’t have to live in these conditions.’ ” Another wrote: “He’s a single brother now.”
Other commenters, meanwhile, pointed out how cute the boy brought his sister, with one person writing: “I LOVE how he brought his sister. I’m pretty sure my brothers would leave me 😂.” The TikToker who posted the video replied: “Yeah, he said he wouldn’t leave her with me in that case.”

Another commenter asked what was in his trunk, prompting the mother to share the following video of her catching up with her son and asking him to show her what was inside.
In his luggage, according to the video, was a Monopoly doll, a Nintendo Switch, two cartons of apple juice, a pair of socks and one diaper for his younger sister.
“Nothing [for] food 😂😂😂. But he took something for his sister, she captioned the video with the hashtags “#Funny”, “#Kids” and “#MomsOfTikTok”.
As one person jokingly commented, “Just the bare essentials,” his mother replied, “Nintendo is what he loves the most, he didn’t forget to take it 😂.”
