In a TikTok video shared by ESPN, the star was spotted walking around in training the day before the race, and in another clip shared on the app, he stopped with a smile and waved to a fan.

“I’ve spent the last 20 years on track bikes, so that’s helped a lot,” he revealed, adding that it’s “really humbling” to have some of the riders helping him.
