Brianna LaPaglia Says Her Weight Has Dropped to What It Was in High School amid Zach Bryan Breakup: 'Sick from Anxiety'

Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia continues to talk about her post-breakup life.

In a new video she shared on her TikTok spam account, the social media personality got candid about how her life has been affected since her divorce from ex-boyfriend Zach Bryan was announced on October 22.

The video covered various topics about the mental and physical consequences LaPaglia experienced in the days that followed, including the fear of having to leave her own home. “I was really hesitant to get back into my life … back to New York and start running,” she says in the clip.

“I think I’ve finally gotten to a place where it feels good to be back,” she continues, noting that she had planned to return to New York the night she posted the video on Nov. 11. “I’m living in my mom right now and I’m really just trying to take time to process,” she reveals.

A lot of attention has been paid Plan Bri UnCut podcaster since Bryan announced via social media on October 22 that they had broken up. She said she was “completely blindsided” by the country singer’s decision to go public with the news of their split.

LaPaglia then appeared on The BFF Podcast for his first interview since the Nov. 7 hiatus. During the episode, she accused Bryan of emotional abuse while they were together.

“The last year of my life has been the hardest year of my life dealing with abuse from this guy,” LaPaglia said, referring to Bryan. “I’m still scared right now because I’m scared of him,” she continued. “My brain is rewired and I’m afraid of making him angry, and last week I didn’t want to talk about it because I was afraid.”

In her latest TikTok, the content creator doubled down on her claims and clarified that she wasn’t stepping out for attention. “I don’t want for one second anyone to think I’m using this for social media,” she says in the video.

“If anything sharing everything on social media has made my real life a lot scarier for me,” LaPaglia continues. “I’m afraid to go back to New York, I’m afraid to go out in public because I’m afraid one of Zach’s fans on the street will be like ‘Team Zach’ and tell me about it. ”

“I don’t care if people listen to his music or go to his concerts or whatever — but the way people say those things to me, they don’t understand the gravity of it,” she says. “So I’m really scared to jump back into my life, I’ve been in there ever since.”

LaPaglia admits that “sharing” details about her past relationship “just made things harder for her,” especially since she “didn’t even share” it in the first place. “So this is going to be a long journey and I’m willing to share it with everyone if it helps anyone.”

She concludes: “You have inspired me more than I have inspired you. You have no idea.”

Elsewhere in the TikTok video, LaPaglia detailed the 15 lb. weight loss, which she “hastily” touched on in the podcast. “I’m a very thin person, always have been. That’s my body, I’m a thin girl – but I’ve always been, like, healthy thin,” she says.
