Brittany Mahomes Trolls Patrick for Wearing Crocs on Photoshoot: ‘I Definitely Put Shoes in There’

Brittany Mahomes calls out her husband Patrick Mahomes for his choice of footwear.

In an Instagram Reel posted Wednesday of a Kansas City Chiefs playoff photo with team captains Patrick, Travis Kelce and running back Jerick McKinnon, Patrick was captured wearing a plaid suit, white shirt and black tie, along with a pair of white Crocs. In the video, the guard is seen approaching the step-and-repeat to take a photo.

“What do you want me to do with these shoes,” the photographer asks Patrick, 28, as he enters the set. “What, do I need shoes?” answers the guard.

“Do you have any?” continues the photographer, looking down at Patrick’s Crocs. “I don’t even know what kind of shoes I have,” adds Patrik.

“Surely QB1 didn’t wear Crocs on the playoff captain taping… 🤣,” the Chiefs captioned the video.

Not long after the video was released, Brittany (28) responded to her husband’s footwear debacle. “Definitely putting my shoes in….come onnnnn😂🤦🏼‍♀️ @patrickmahomes,” she wrote.

Instagram users also chimed in with comments sharing their thoughts on Patrick’s shoes. “Why didn’t Patrick bring shoes for Patrick?” one person writes.

“Patrick … in Crocs. Not on my bingo card today 😂,” read another comment on Instagram. “QB1 needs some QT charms for those Crocs,” replies someone else.

Brittany, who shares two children with her husband, is always stylishly dressed when it comes to supporting him at his games.

To cheer on Patrick against the Miami Dolphins last week, she arrived at freezing Arrowhead Stadium in a red puffer jacket designed by Kristin Juszczyk, which was a custom match to one worn by Taylor Swift, but with different names and jersey numbers.

In her caption for her Instagram post, which featured a behind-the-scenes video of the design process, Juszczyk wrote: “The honor of life!!!!! Thank you @taylorswift & @brittanylynne ❤️❤️❤️❤️.”

“You look great!!!!! Stay warm and go get that W!!!!!!” Juszczyk commented on Brittany’s post.

A day after the Chiefs defeated the Dolphins, Brittany posted more game day photos with Swift as they seemingly celebrated their boys’ 26-7 victory. In one photo, Swift hugs Brittany, presumably to keep warm during one of the coldest games in NFL history.
