A Pennsylvania community college is mourning the death of a student who was scheduled to graduate later this year.
Bucknell University student Christian Samay died on campus Saturday, according to a letter from the school’s president, John C. Bravman.
The circumstances surrounding the death at the Lewisburg school “are not suspicious,” he added.
“This is an unspeakable loss to the Bucknell community, and our hearts go out to Christian’s family and friends,” Bravman said in his letter.

Members of Bucknell’s campus community were alerted Saturday to an investigation at the Phi Gamma Delta location at the school on University Avenue, according to Tribune Democrat, Daily item and PennLive.com.

He was pronounced dead at 1:50 p.m. local time, PennLive.com reported.

Samay was from Mountain Lakes, NJ, according to Tribune Democrat and USA Today. The cause of his death has not been announced.
Union County Coroner Dominick Adamo said the investigation into the student’s death is ongoing Tribune Democrat and Daily item.
Adamo also said an autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday, according to PennLive.com. The coroner’s office did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
Bravmen said Samaya’s death is not related to the reported active shooter that happened on the Bucknell campus on Friday.

The university said the active shooter report “was a hoax coordinated from Virginia.”
Classes on Monday were canceled at the university following Samaya’s death, it said Daily item. Campus counselors and chaplains have also been made available to students, Bravman said in his letter.
“I urge all Bucknellians to support each other at this difficult time and to keep Christian’s family in your prayers,” the school president wrote.
