Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese Congratulate Fellow WNBA Star Cameron Brink on Her Engagement

They may all be rivals on the court, but WNBA stars Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese are more than happy to support fellow rookie Cameron Brink following news of her engagement.

On Monday, September 30, the Los Angeles Sparks star took to Instagram to share the happy news that she’s officially engaged to her longtime boyfriend, Ben Felter.

“Yes, in every life,” Brink, 22, captioned the post, which featured a collection of photos highlighting a special moment that happened in Paris.

In response to the big news, both Clark and Reese commented on Brink’s post. Clark kept it simple by posting four heart emojis, while Reese wrote “STOPPP. congratulations bby.”

WNBA star Cameron Brink is engaged to Ben Felter! All about the surprise proposal in Paris

Felter’s proposal to Brink took place at the Shangri-La Paris hotel after Brink attended the Balenciaga show during Paris Fashion Week — and she had no idea her longtime boyfriend was even coming to Paris.

Felter, who had just started his fifth year as a graduate student in Stanford’s computer science program, told her he had work to do on the West Coast, PEOPLE reported.

The couple, who have been dating for nearly four years, first met when Felter was a rower at Stanford, where Brink was also a star on the basketball team.

Who is Cameron Brink’s fiance? All about the relationship between Ben Felter and the WNBA star

The Los Angeles couple started their relationship on March 10, 2021, and although they keep their relationship mostly private, they marked their third anniversary this year with sweet Instagram posts.

After graduating in 2024, Brink signed with the Sparks as the second pick in the WNBA draft and made her professional debut the following month. However, her strong rookie season was cut short after she tore her ACL in June.

Felter, who is a two-time IRCA Scholar-Athlete at Stanford, also works in the Defense Innovative Unit as a part-time portfolio analyst.
