A car accident claimed the life of Caleb Mchenry, born in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Celeb’s family is completely devastated by the shock and grief brought on by this horrific act. They are currently experiencing extreme grief, made worse by ongoing investigations into what exactly happened to cause this terrible loss.
In a touching tribute to him, Joey Flanagan posted the following on social media: “Rip man last weekend was great. I will miss you, Caleb Mchenry.” On October 21st, Wood County Dispatch reported receiving a report of a collision near the intersection of Staunton Turnpike and Leachtown Lane shortly after 5:00 p.m. Lt. Cross of the Wood County Sheriff’s Office reports that a motorcyclist was speeding east on the Staunton Turnpike. The driver veered left of the center and collided with a westbound Chevy Malibu. According to Lt. Cross, the rider of the motorcycle has died. There were no other reported injuries.
The investigation is still ongoing. The road was closed for about an hour and fifteen minutes due to the collision. The following agencies responded: Camden Clark EMS, St. Joseph’s, East Wood Volunteer Fire Department (VFD), Elizabeth-Wirt VFD, Parkersburg Police Department, Wood County Sheriff’s Office and the Wood County Investigation Team.
