A 44-year-old man from Pleasant Hill, Missouri lost his life in a tragic one-car accident that happened Thursday night in Cass County, Missouri around 9:30 p.m. The intersection of Missouri Highway 58 and 183rd Street was near the scene of the crash. This was confirmed by the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The driver of the 2008 Lincoln MKZ, identified as Calvin Crawford, was tragically killed when the car left the road, overturned and hit a tree while traveling westbound. Calvin Crawford was pronounced dead at the scene. The Mississippi State Highway Patrol says the driver was tied up when the crash occurred.
