And she was spotted in a luxury motorbike shopping near her home in Bedfordshire.
Hannah, 54, and husband Colin, 67, were devastated this week to have amassed a fortune thanks to Tom’s inspirational NHS fundraising.
Despite this, she is accused of IPAK cashing in on his estate – using it to sell life-coaching packages worth £3,500.
Courses start with a 30-minute consultation from £50 followed by packages starting at £1,450 or £3,500 to provide “intuitive guidance” to “help you on your journey”.

HannahIngramMoore.com continued to promote its services using Captain Tom’s image, and Ms. Ingram-Moore shamelessly took credit for his words.
She wrote: “Suddenly I am immersed in the world of authorship. I sat and listened to my father tell his story, make up his words and create joy for every age group.”
According to her website, Ms Ingram-Moore also plans to publish her own book to tell her “side of the story” claiming people stop her in the street asking for one.
She wrote: “The book is for anyone who has been searching and for those who want to hear the first-hand account of life with Captain Tom, including the highs and lows.
“I’m days away from finishing that book and it will be on the shelves soon.”

- April 2020 – Captain Tom reaches #1 in the charts with his cover of ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’. He receives 100,000 cards for his 100th birthday, which is marked by the firing of the Battle of Britain. The train is named after him.
- July 2020 – The Queen knighted Captain Tom in a special private ceremony at Windsor Castle.

The building was approved for use “in connection with the Captain Tom Foundation and its charitable purposes”. However, a larger building with a spa pool was built instead, which was denied retrospective planning permission. Hannah calls out.

- October 2023 – Hannah loses her appeal and is ordered to tear down the spa and restore the garden to its original state.

A report by the Charity Commission found that the family had plundered the memory of Captain Tom for their own benefit – pocketing a £1.5 million book advance while giving nothing to his charity.
The report revealed that Ingram-Moore, who was denied a £150,000 salary as the charity’s chief executive, took £85,000 and reimbursed her company £80,000 in expenses from the foundation.
The pair duped the public by promising royalties to the charity from its website selling merchandise.
Instead, customers were redirected to external sites that did not collect commission for good causes.
And they gave the charity £8,900 of Capt Tom gin from profits thought to be well in excess of £100,000.
Much of the money is believed to have been invested in an illegal luxury spa they built in their garden called the Captain Tom Foundation charity.
The pair have been banned from being charity trustees – while the Captain Tom Foundation has even hinted it may take “action” to recover funds that should have been donated.
But Ingram-Moores lamented that the Charity Commission had treated them “unfairly and unfairly”, accusing the watchdog of “selective storytelling”.
They said the two-year investigation had taken a “severe toll” on the family’s health and described the process as “excessive”, adding that the charity had a “pre-set agenda”.
“True accountability requires transparency, not selective storytelling,” the statement said, adding that they “never took a dime” of public donations.
It comes after Hannah and Colin were ordered to demolish their unauthorized luxury spa in November.
They had six weeks to save the building after losing a court case in October – but failed to launch an appeal.
The urban inspection previously decided that the health resort was built illegally. it will have to be demolished in three months.
Bedfordshire Central Council initially gave the couple permission to set up a small charity office on behalf of the Captain Tom Foundation in 2021.
Hannah and Colin’s statement claims the building will be used partly “in connection with the Captain Tom Foundation and its charitable purposes”.
They then submitted a subsequent retrospective extension application in 2022 to form a C-shaped building, containing a spa pool.
The structure is named Captain Tom’s Building and described as a “new building for the use of the occupiers”, namely Hannah and Colin.
The court heard this later “evolved” to include a spa pool, with changing rooms, toilets and showers attached to their £1.2million home.
CONCLUSION CONTROVERSY
The foundation stopped accepting donations in June 2022 after the investigation escalated to a statutory inquiry.
The Charity Commission launched an investigation after the charity’s accounts showed it gave £160,000 to charity while £240,000 was spent on management and fundraising costs.
Also, in the first year of operation, more than £54,000 was reimbursed to Club Nook Limited and Maytrix Group Limited, which are controlled by Hannah and her husband.
In a statement, a spokesman said: “At this time, the sole focus of the Captain Tom Foundation is to ensure that it co-operates fully with the ongoing statutory investigation by the Charity Commission.
“As a result, the Captain Tom Foundation is not currently actively seeking any funding from donors.”
But earlier this year it was revealed that Hannah and her husband were still listed as directors of the foundation – despite being banned from being charity directors.
Key findings of the Charity Commission report
The 30-page report released Thursday followed a two-year investigation.
The Ingram-Moores were found to have repeated instances of misconduct.
This includes:
- Ms Ingram-Moore’s “disingenuous” claims she was not offered a six-figure sum to become charity chief executive
- the false implication that donations from book sales will be given to the foundation
- there is no evidence to support Ms Ingram-Moore’s claims that she personally attended the awards ceremony, for which she was paid £18,000
- The couple used the foundation’s name in the initial planning application to illegally build a spa pool at their home
The controversial couple, who are still cashing in on beloved Tom by using his memory to push the sale of their £2.25million seven-bed room, have been found to have made tens of thousands.
Hannah previously spoke about the ordeal in a bombshell interview with TalkTV’s Piers Morgan and admitted she pocketed money from the veteran NHS fundraiser’s £39m fundraiser.
She revealed they kept £800,000 from three books her father wrote – claiming he wanted them to keep the profits.
Other controversies include her £18,000 payout to attend the Captain Tom Awards – and the mere £2,000 she donated to his charity.
A veteran’s daughter has been paid a hefty sum to attend the 2021 Virgin Media O2 Captain Tom Foundation Connector Awards.
Their consultancy Maytrix Group also took up to £100,000 in leave money and £47,500 in Covid loans despite making big profits during the pandemic.
Meanwhile, according to the accounts, Maytrix Group was reimbursed £37,942 in compensation “in respect of website costs (£5,030), photography costs (£550), office hire (£4,500), telephone costs (£656) and third party costs counseling (£27,205).”
Since the drama unfolded, Hannah and Colin have been banned as trustees of the charity – but Captain Tom’s brother-in-law is listed as one of only two directors of the company.
He is listed at Companies House as a director from March 2021 and has 50 per cent control along with fellow director Stephen Jones.
The latest accounts filed reveal the foundation has £417,867 in reserves and raised £465,9090 in 2021 and 2022 while handing out £210,000 in grants.
It is not illegal to be listed as a director while disqualified as a trustee.
