Cardi B is not happy with her estranged husband Offset.
The “WAP” rapper, 32, filed for divorce from her rapper husband for the second time in July after six years of marriage, and a source tells PEOPLE that things remain frosty between them.
“Cardi is trying really hard to keep things calm with Offset. She has forgiven him for so much in the past because she wants the best for their children,” says the insider. “She’s mad at Offset again. Their relationship has always been very up and down. Cardi always moves on though.”
Reps for Offset and Cardi B did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

Cardi B deletes posts after harsh criticism over divorce: ‘I wish the worst for this man’
Cardi and rapper Migos are parents to daughter Kultura, 6, son Wave, 3, and a baby girl born in September.
“She’s a great mom and this is her focus,” the source added.
However, in recent days, Cardi has faced numerous obstacles in protecting her peace. On Wednesday, October 23, the star announced that he was in hospital “recovering from a medical emergency” and would be pulling out of his planned performance at ONE Musicfest on Saturday, October 26.
“It breaks my heart that I won’t be able to see my fans this weekend and I really wish I could be there,” she wrote in a statement shared on Instagram. “Bardi Gang – thanks for your understanding and I’ll be back better and stronger soon. Don’t worry. I love you.”

The post came just hours after Cardi vented her frustrations with Offset, 32, in a series of deleted posts on X (formerly Twitter).
“Bro, I wish this man the worst… I’ve never hated someone sooooooooo much like these bitches are so thirty [sic] to have him,” she wrote. “please take this man off my hands, this trash bag is too heavy!!”
After a fan urged her to “stop it” because Offset is “the father of your kids,” Cardi doubled down.
“Yeah he is so I don’t wish him dead…but I really hate this filthy narcissistic shit,” she wrote. “His family and friends never check on him and that’s why he’s always going to be part of the s— person.”
When another user responded to her initial post and said, “Yeah, you still love him,” the rapper clapped back, writing, “No, I don’t [sic] to get hit by a fucking truck … He’s really just a dark cloud in the life of everyone he walks into.”

Cardi B says she’s ‘going to sue’ alleged prank caller for sending CPS to her house: ‘Are you fucking stupid?’
Cardi’s comments on social media came just a day after she revealed that a prank called CPS visited her home at 11pm local time to check on her three children. She later clarified that Offset didn’t call CPS at the house.
“So I want to make this very fucking clear and I can’t even breathe right now,” she said during the Live, which fans recorded and shared on X. “Mothers—s took s— too far when you mess with my fucking kids .”
Cardi later added during Live, “I promise you this, I’m going to sue CPS for fucking coming to my house at whatever fucking time it is. [I will sue] the person who made this anonymous call.”
Cardi and Offset married in 2017 and she filed for divorce in September 2020. Although they later reconciled, she filed again in July. A rep for the star told PEOPLE at the time that the split “wasn’t based on cheating rumors, it was a long time coming.”
