CAT 2023 announcement to be released this week
CAT 2023: Announcement of the Common Entrance Examination (CAT) for admission to management programs offered by IIM is expected to launch this week. However, there is no official update on this yet. The notice will have details of the exam date, registration fee, eligibility criteria, booking policy, syllabus, exam centre, admission process and programs offered.
According to media reports, this time IIM Lucknow will conduct the MBA entrance exam. CAT is scheduled to be scheduled for November 26, 2023. CAT application forms are available one week upon notice. Candidates can get detailed information and complete the CAT registration online at iimcat.ac.in.

What are the eligibility criteria for CAT 2023?
The minimum eligibility criterion for CAT is graduation in any stream. Check out the detailed eligibility criteria below:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% total score or equivalent CGPA (45% total score for SC, ST and PWD/DA categories) from an accredited university.
- Candidates with professional qualifications (CA/CS/ICWA) with required percentage can also apply for CAT.
- Candidates who are in their final year/equivalent or awaiting results are also eligible to take the exam.
