A CHANNEL 4 star has revealed the agony of her daughter’s “murder” at the hands of a “psychotic” ex-boyfriend.
Rachael Leader, 32, fears she too could have been killed had she not refused to join her ex-partner for Father’s Day in June.

Her two-year-old daughter, Oria Henry, was killed with her dad and ex-boyfriend Ashley Henry, 35, in an alleged murder-suicide four months ago.
The couple were killed driving home from a weekend at the seaside when they were involved in a fatal truck accident on June 18.
Initially, the tragedy that happened in the village of Anwick in Lincolnshire was treated as a simple collision.
But officers said after “careful consideration” that a homicide investigation had been launched into the young man’s death.
Rachael took to social media today to say there is “no way out” of her agony as she is reminded daily of the devastating accident, with her daughter’s toys still strewn around the house.
She said: “I don’t understand how someone can take their own child’s life out of spite… it’s psychotic.”
Mom added: “I was invited to that trip, but I declined because I already had plans.
“Imagine if I had gone. I don’t think I would be here to tell the story.”
Rachael, who works in global procurement for soft drinks company PepsiCo, appeared on the Channel 4 dating show, which is a spin-off of First Dates Hotel 2020.
She also described Oria as “beautiful” and “gorgeous” in a final message in June.
In a tribute released by police, she said: “To my dear daughter, Orija. I love you so much. I am so sorry that your precious life was taken from you.
“You gave me so much light baby, so much love and so much happiness. I will cherish every moment we spent together.
“You had the most beautiful smile and beautiful curly hair. You touched the hearts of many Orios and I am so incredibly proud to be your mom.
“I miss you so much. Although the pain of your loss is indescribable, I will turn it into purpose, for you and for us.
“You chose me for a reason and you will continue to shine your light through me. We will shine together. My sweet girl, my baby, God will watch over you until we meet again in heaven.”
An inquest into the two deaths is due to take place at Lincoln Coroner’s Court on December 18.
In a witness appeal at the time of the fatal crash, Lincolnshire Police said: “We have launched a homicide investigation following a fatal collision between a lorry and a car in Anwick.
“Driver Ashley Henry, 35, and passenger Oria Henry, 2, from Leicester, were traveling along the main road in a blue Nissan Quashqai when the incident happened at around 2.45pm on Sunday 18 June.
“They were both pronounced dead at the scene. Our investigation into the incident continues, but after careful consideration we can confirm that we have opened a homicide investigation into the death of two-year-old Oriya.
“We are not looking for anyone else in connection with this incident, but cannot provide any further details at this time.”
