Channing Tatum Teases Future Father-in-Law Lenny Kravitz Over Shirtless Instagram Photo: ‘Jesus Christmas’

Channing Tatum has fun teasing Lenny Kravitz.

The 43-year-old actor jokingly told his father-in-law Lenny, 59, that he was going to “hurt somebody” with his latest shirtless photo, after the steamy snap shared on Instagram on Friday caused an uproar online.

“Jesus Christmas Lenny, what if you’re going to hurt someone on this platform. Hahaha,” Tatum, who is engaged to Lenny’s daughter Zoë Kravitz, wrote in the comments.

In response to Tatum’s comment, one follower wrote, “@channingtatum here’s the thing, we WANT him to hurt us 😈 😂,” to which magical mike the star replied, “baahahahaha.”

Lenny’s latest photo shows him showing off his world-famous abs as he stands shirtless in the sun in jeans and some signature shades.

“We stand in love and gratitude,” the “TK421” singer wrote in his caption.

Along with Tatum, Lenny’s new shirtless photo sparked reactions from other stars, including Kelly Rowland, who wrote: “And just like…..I’m going to the gym!!!”

Colman Domingo, meanwhile, commented: “Well, to hell with it!” while the Instagram account for The The Sherri Shepherd Show added, “👀👀👀👀👀👀.”

Tatum’s social media comment comes days after he was photographed accompanying fiancee Zoë, 35, to her father’s Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony in Los Angeles on Tuesday. During the ceremony, Zoë gave a speech in tribute to her father, in which she aptly poked fun at his longtime love of fishnet shirts.

“Because you were so young when I was born, we grew up together in many ways. We’ve been through a lot. We’ve seen a lot. I’ve seen a lot,” Zoë began. “… But mostly, I saw through your shirts.”

Tatum got engaged to Kravitz’s daughter Zoë Kravitz last year.

“According to my dad, if it doesn’t reveal your nipples, it’s not a shirt. And, of course, I used to be embarrassed when he would pick me up from school as a kid. But I have to say that at this point I respect it. You really nail it,” she continued, cheekily adding, “Your relationship with the fishnet shirt is probably your longest.”

Zoë concluded: “And it works. You two have made each other better, and if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. It’s a beautiful thing.”
