Chelsi Behura was born on Thursday, March 13, 2003 (age 16 years 2019) in Cuttack Westharpur, Odisha. Her zodiac sign is Pisces. Her father died when she was very young. She is a student of Lajpat Rai DAV Public School, Gandharpur, Cuttack. She had a keen interest in music since she was a child and started learning to sing when she was 5 years old. She learned Hindustani classical music from Sasmita Mishra and soft music from Sarada Prasanna Sahoo. When Chelsea reached level five, she started performing live with local bands in Cuttack.

Profession
Chelsea started her singing career in 2014 by participating in the singing reality show “Singing Superstar” on Sarthak TV (regional channel). She was one of the top 60 contestants in the singing reality show “Indian Idol Junior” in 2015. In 2016, she participated in Sarthak TV’s “Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs” and won second place in the show.
She then appeared as a contestant on the singing reality show Rising Star. She sang the song “Har Kisi Ko” from the movie “Boss” during her audition for the show and impressed the audience and panel with her voice. Chelsea scored a whopping 93% in her Rising Star audition. She made it to the top 14 on the show before being eliminated.
