Chhavi Rajawat is an Indian social activist and motivational speaker and former Sarpanch of Souda village in Rajasthan. She is considered to be one of the youngest Sarpanches in India.

She attended Rishi Valley School in Jaipur from 1986 to 1992. From 1992 to 1994, she attended Mayo College Girls’ School in Ajmer, Rajasthan. In February 2010, she won the Sarpanch election from Souda, Tonk panchayat in Rajasthan. Initially, she faced various challenges in the village, such as lack of clean water, inadequate medical facilities, and lack of educational facilities. She first worked to address water scarcity. Chhavi started implementing a rainwater harvesting system in the village. She then worked to improve the quality of education in the village. She worked to build infrastructure, hire skilled teachers and provide basic facilities to schools. As a result, the village’s literacy rate improved.
Another problem in the village is the lack of proper medical facilities. She subsequently organized various medical camps in the village to ensure that everyone had access to basic medical services. She also promotes hygiene and sanitation practices in the village with the help of villagers. Gradually, more and more facilities were added to the village. She also established the first branch of the State Bank of India in the village. In 2015, her term as Sarpanchi ended, but she continued to work on upgrading the village. Her work is supported by the Government of Rajasthan and several other companies including Himalayan Pharmaceuticals, Hindustan Unilever Limited, Nerolac Paints India, Rotary International and the Hindustan Coca-Cola Foundation.

After completing her MBA, she worked with companies such as Times of India, Carlson Group of Hotels and Airtel. Chhavi has conducted educational projects at places like ISB in Hyderabad and Harvard Kennedy School in the United States. She oversaw a major World Economic Forum meeting in India and was invited to a special event with Barack Obama in Chicago and a town hall meeting in Delhi. Chavi also owns a hotel and a horse riding establishment in Jaipur. On March 25, 2011, Rajawat was invited to attend the 11th United Nations World Conference on Information Poverty. She also spoke on late Indian President Abdul Kalam at a technology event in New Delhi. She has participated in many national and international programs such as the Australia-India Youth Dialogue, the International Visitor Leadership Program and the Asia Global Governance Forum. In October 2017, she started working as a director of a luxury hotel called EIH Limited. In March 2020, she started working at Eminent Girls College, a non-profit college in Tonk, Rajasthan. In 2021, she started working as a South Asia advisory board member at a pharmaceutical company called Bayer. She is also a board member of an NGO called Miracle Foundation.

- She is an avid animal lover and owns two pet dogs named Potli and Butterball.
- In 2014, a group armed with sticks, iron bars and stones attacked Chavi, her father and the panchayat secretary over a land dispute. She suffered minor injuries and her father was taken to hospital. Police subsequently arrested seven people, including five women, in connection with the attack. The incident occurred in Soda Village. Addressing the media, Chavi said she and her father had requested police assistance several times over the past two weeks. She said there had been various attempts to attack them earlier. However, the police took no action. Chavi also revealed that the police arrived after her father was hospitalized. The dispute relates to a piece of land on which a government IT center is being built under a central government plan. Chavi explained that a man named Roop Narain and his family had obtained a court stay claiming to own the land. Later, the stay was lifted. she says,
This is a government project aimed at promoting village development. Roop Narain and his family have been threatening us. They have tried to attack us multiple times since construction began. “
