Torrey DeVitto is going to be a mom!
The Chicago Med The 39-year-old actress revealed that she is pregnant and expecting her first child with her fiance Jared LaPine.
DeVitto announced the happy news on Instagram on Sunday, May 19, showing off her baby bump and sharing the caption, “Girl arriving this November.”
In the photo, the actress looks into her partner’s eyes while wearing a white dress and posing with her hand resting on her stomach.
Some of the Devitts Chicago Med Costars sent their well wishes in the comments, with Mekia Cox writing: “Oh my GYAH!!!! 😍😍😍,” and Casey Tutton gushes, “Torrey!! Ahh congratulations!”

Sweet little liars showrunner I. Marlene King also chimed in, writing, “Congratulations!! ❤️❤️.”

LaPine also shared the news in a separate post on his own Instagram, which included a photo of the sonogram image. “Well, we hope she gets her mother’s genes,” the director wrote before teasing the baby’s expected arrival in November.
Besides acting in Chicago Med, Chicago police and Chicago Fire as Dr. Natalie Manning, DeVitto appeared in all seven seasons Sweet little liars as Melissa Hastings. Her other acting credits include One Tree Hill and vampire Diaries.

When DeVitto and LaPine got engaged in September 2023, she shared on Instagram that she proposed while on a nature walk.
“Earlier this month at 5 p.m. on a weekday, while walking down the side paths of the farm, still in my pajamas and goat boots, he got down on one knee, I hoped it wasn’t poison ivy, and asked for forever,” she wrote of LaPine’s surprising proposal. “My answer was obvious. ❤️🔒.”
That same month, LaPine shared a photo of DeVitto with her engagement ring on display, writing, “September 1st I got engaged to my best friend. Now I spend every day feeling like the happiest man alive. I love you more than anything and everything.”
In February, DeVitto did a bridal photo shoot in New York, where she posed for pictures in two different wedding dresses while enjoying a slice of cake and a drink to celebrate.
