“I don’t enjoy much outside of my family, my few friends, television, and my craft. I feel like a very diminished version of myself. And I know I’m meant to be great. I’m really afraid I’m going to let you down and I’m fighting with myself all day in my head about the things I want to say, the things I want to explain, but I’m just afraid,” she added.

“I’m missing so many parts of myself and I hope one day I can let go of some fear and accept that I’ll never be perfect for you and that’s okay!!” Teigen shared, insisting that she will “keep working on everything” and “try to be kind” to herself, her body and her mind.

The legend commented on the post, “I love you.” The couple, who married in 2013, have children Luna (8), Miles (6), Esti (16 months) and Wren (11 months) together.
