Chrissy Teigen Paired $10 Old Navy Pajama Pants with a White Button-Down for Date Night with John Legend

We’re at that point of the year when even celebs are opting for super comfy clothes like baggy jeans, warm sweaters and fluffy Ugg boots. And Chrissy Teigen took comfortable wear to a whole new level while out with John Legend.

On Dec. 4, the model and her husband arrived hand-in-hand at the Uchi restaurant in West Hollywood, and Teigen’s outfit had the expected detail: Old Navy pajama pants.

Teigen wore Waffle-Knit pajama leggings in a black buffalo print, which she styled with a relaxed white button-down blouse, a gray Old Navy coat and black open-toe heels. Her outfit proves that you can totally wear PJs outside of the house.

With a tight, legging-type silhouette, Old Navy Waffle Knit Pajama Pants offer a more streamlined vibe, while wide legs can feel too casual. The narrow leg makes it easy to tuck the pants into the boots, though you can wear them with a variety of shoes, including slippers, sneakers, and in Teigen’s case, heels.

The pants have ribbed cuffs at the bottom, which help retain heat and keep your ankles extra warm. Speaking of warmth, the cotton-based leggings feature a waffle knit fabric that customers describe as “soft” and “comfortable.” The material is light enough not to overheat the hot sleepers and still keep you warm, whether you wear them inside or outside.
