Christina Haack is preparing a brand new business venture!
On Friday, January 17, Christina on the Coast star, 41, revealed in a series of Instagram posts that she’s in the process of developing her own champagne line — and, of course, she had to travel to France’s Champagne region to do it.
“When you make your own champagne, you have to go to the source…” she wrote in one post on Instagram Stories, alongside a photo of herself smiling with several glasses of sparkling wine in front of her.
Labeling her location as Reims, France, the HGTV star also shared footage of herself and a slew of colleagues hosting a blind tasting, a process used to help select some of the best flavors during champagne development.

One clip even showed one of her friends throwing a bottle onto the back terrace of the building, with the vast French countryside in the background.
“There was no fun,” she joked alongside the video.

Another post showed her admiring a bottle of Veuve Clicquot, with the reality TV star joking in the caption: “every champagne has to be compared to my OG.”

She also shared a photo of herself posing next to a statue of Dom Perignon, the 17th-century monk who made an important contribution to the production of champagne, calling him a “legend”.
“I’ve been waiting my whole life for this…” she finished her post, sharing a photo of herself sketching out a possible design for a wine label. “My champagne line will be released in the fall of 2025… more to come!”

Haacka’s announcement comes just before the premiere of her brand new play flip off, in which she plays herself competing in a topsy-turvy showdown against Christina’s first husband Tarek El Moussa and his current wife Heather Rae El Moussa.
The series was originally supposed to star Haack’s ex-husband Josh Hall, but the couple split in July 2024 while the series was still in production. The exes have since been embroiled in a legal battle, particularly over a Tennessee home owned by Haack.
Just last week, Haack took to Instagram to debut her new relationship with businessman Christopher Larocco — shortly after PEOPLE confirmed the couple was dating.

Haack and Larocca, who is chairman and CEO of Network Connex, were seen together on Tuesday, January 14, at Los Angeles International Airport. The reality star looked glamorous in black jeans and a matching t-shirt while her new beau opted for a casual white t-shirt and sunglasses.
The pair appear to have embarked on an extended trip to France, as Christina posted a video of the Eiffel Tower accompanied by “nice details” of a cocktail bar on Wednesday night, before sharing more recent photos of her trip to Champagne.
