Career
He moved on to write the screenplay for Another Day in Paradise with Eddie Little and Stephen Chin during his tenure. After finishing Another Day in Paradise, he revealed that he was gay, fearing that prejudice would harm his career prospects. Most of his films deal with homosexual themes and issues, such as 30 Dollars, one of five parts in Boys Life 3, an anthology of short films dealing with gay themes, and an unwanted script about a relationship between a straight man and a gay man. Additionally, he made his notable directorial debut in the comedy-drama Blazing Palms. Landon helmed the sequel, Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones, and set it up with Scouts Handbook to the Zombie Apocalypse after writing Paranormal Activity 2, Paranormal Activity 3, and Paranormal Activity 4.
