The funnywoman was forced to cancel her upcoming tour last week after suffering a bout of sepsis caused by the deadly disease.

And in a heartbreaking update, Janey revealed her chemotherapy had run out and she was left “with no options”.

Godley thanked the NHS and those who cared for her, as well as her family, friends and fans for their support.

She said: “So now I’m in palliative care and now I’m in hospice care.”

“Chemotherapy ran out of options and I simply couldn’t take it anymore, and the cancer spread.

“It seems like this is going to come to an end and it’s really hard to talk about it and tell people.”

She also thanked the charities that supported her during her health journey.

Godley, who rose to viral fame with her dubbing snippets of Nicole Sturgeon’s coronavirus news briefs during the pandemic.

Earlier this month, she canceled her upcoming tour this fall due to stage four ovarian cancer.

The disease has been kept at bay by NHS treatment over the past few years, but has returned with several additional complications.

In the new video, she added: “It’s devastating news to know I’m facing the end of my life, but we all do at some point.

“I want to thank everyone for their support of the family, especially (her daughter) Ashley and my husband.

“The overwhelming support has been incredible and I don’t know how long I have left before someone asks me. I’m not TikTok.

“So, I just want you to know that I appreciate all the love you’ve given me and all the support. Cancer affects two people in one person, and it affected me too.”

She wished everyone a Merry Christmas and said she hoped she would be here for him, but she wasn’t sure.

The comedian also sent her “love and support to everyone else living with a life-limiting illness.”
