The CORONATION Street star revealed she is pregnant with her second child as she debuted the baby bump in a glamorous photo shoot.

Rebecca Ryan played Lydia Chambers in the ITV soap and welcomed her first child in May 2023.

Now the actress revealed on social media this weekend that she is pregnant with her second child.

Captioning a snap of her petting her baby bump, Rebecca jokingly wrote: “Sleep is overrated anyway… baby #2 is coming.”

She looked glamorous in a black dress with a white criss-cross pattern, while her hair was styled in loose waves around her shoulders.

Rebecca, who is also known for playing Debbie Gallagher in Channel 4’s long-running comedy-drama series Shameless between 2004 and 2009, was congratulated by her friends and followers on the exciting baby news.

Fellow former Corrie star Kimberly Hart-Simpson wrote in the comments: “Ahhh amazing – huge congrats” alongside two heart emojis.

Another former star of the ITV soap – Jack James Ryan – added: “I can’t wait to meet my new best friend.”

Rebecca is already the mother of a one-year-old daughter, Aurora, whom she had with her husband, Dan Acraman, in May 2023.

Sharing the news at the time, Rebecca wrote on social media: “Welcome to the world my beautiful baby girl Aurora.”

She shared a video of the little one sleeping in a cute striped baby bag lying on mats.

Meanwhile, Rebecca and Dan were finally able to tie the knot in September 2022.
