Marta Kostyuk wins in white.
The Ukrainian tennis player, 22, paid tribute to her nuptials in tailored sportswear as she played at Wimbledon this week, including against Australian competitor Daria Saville on Thursday. Kostyuka’s mini dress was directly inspired by the dress she wore to her wedding to George Kyzymenko, 27, in Cyprus last year, per Time.
Both dresses were designed by sports brand Wilson, and the stylish tennis outfit — dubbed “The Martha Dress” — is now available for purchase on the sports brand’s website. The sleeveless dress plunges into a V-neckline with a pleated, cut-out back.
Another version of chic performance wear includes a removable mesh layer with bridal-inspired buttons.

In Wilson’s online preview of his latest design, Kostyuk described the ready-to-play kit as “lightweight, comfortable, feminine [and] beautiful,” adding, “Everything that was in my wedding dress is the same in my tennis dress because that’s how I live my life on and off the court.”
Kostyuk — who is currently seeded 18 at Wimbledon — beat Saville in three sets, sending the Kievan into the third round of the annual tournament in London.
The athlete said she plans to keep her customized tennis outfit on display to commemorate the special match.
“I think after Wimbledon is over I’m going to put this dress in a frame and hang it on the wall for sure,” she told Wilson in a quote posted on the site. “It’s definitely going to be one of the highlights of my life and my career. I mean what… what else could you ask for?”
Like her court fashion, Kostyuka’s 2023 wedding look was the result of a deliberate collaboration. The title winner joined forces with Joelle Michaeloff, Wilson’s head of design, to create the perfect dress to carry the athlete down the aisle.

Speaking with VogueKostyuk said she came to Michaeloff with only a basic idea of how she envisioned the dress.
“I think a lot of girls know exactly what they want their wedding dress to look like, but I had no idea what I wanted or what I liked,” Kostyuk told the house. “I wanted something very simple, but at the same time something you will remember.”
She continued: “I just knew I didn’t want a wedding dress that weighed 200 pounds or anything that was so complicated or fragile that you couldn’t move and you couldn’t enjoy the company of people.”
