Dakota Johnson presents Taylor Swift Saturday night live!
Host Johnson, 34, praised Swift’s success in America and beyond during it SNL monologue on Saturday as she called the singer, 34, “the most powerful person in America” as she mocked the former president during her second time hosting the show.
“The last time I hosted was right after the 40th SNL. I was actually in the audience for that special,” the actress explained as a photo of her standing in a star-studded audience for the anniversary show appeared on the screen in 2015.
“Look at this photo, look at this collection of people: Sarah Palin, George Lucas, Steven Spielberg,” Johnson noted. “And look who’s sitting right behind me.” The camera then zoomed in to show former President Donald Trump, who was also in the audience.

“It’s crazy to be standing so close to someone who would become the most powerful person in America,” Johnson added as the camera zoomed in a second time, this time on Swift — who was seated in front of the actress at the event — causing the SNL the audience erupts into cheers.
During her monologue, Johnson also reflected on her time working on the 2010 film Social network with the show’s costar and musical guest Justin Timberlake.
Johnson appeared in one scene in the film with Timberlake, 42, as a student after sleeping with his character, Napster founder and former Facebook chairman Sean Parker.

Tonight is also a me and Justin Timberlake reunion of sorts, Johnson said in her monologue. “We were actually in a movie together, we call Social network.”
Timberlake then appeared on stage next to the actress to the audience’s surprise.
“What are you doing up here, are you lost?” Johnson asked the singer. Timberlake said he thought it was his cue after hearing his voice. The singer then offered to help with all the skits as he mentioned that he had hosted before, which was “10 years ago,” as Johnson reminded him.

Later in the show, Timberlake performed his 2013 hit “Mirrors” and new song “Sanctified,” with rapper/singer Tobe Nwigwe on stage. Timberlake also performed his new single “Selfish” from his upcoming album, which he introduced SNL alum and close friend of the singer, Jimmy Fallon.
Johnson, meanwhile, appeared in a variety of entertaining skits during the show, including a hilarious one Aquarium for sharks recreation that included two guest stars: Mark Cuban and Barbara Corcoran, and a skit that made light of America’s Stanley Cup craze.
