Currently, the company has roughly a dozen of the fast-casual, small-footprint shops across the nation, but Adamolekun claimed he sees room for up to 1,000 of them.

90 of the brand’s full-service sites now offer self-delivery, but the owner said he has no plans to totally abandon third-party delivery services. Because tips are kept on-site, he claimed that restaurant teams prefer the self-delivery model.

He does, however, continue to hold steadfast to his lack of enthusiasm when it comes to ghost kitchens. P.F. Chang’s won’t be opening any delivery-only restaurants, unfortunately. “We get a lot of walk-in business,” Adamolekun claimed. “You lose maybe half your sales from people walking in when you don’t have that front of house,” the merchant said.
