In photos shared exclusively with PEOPLE, the 53-year-old actor was spotted showing off his ultra-muscular physique while vacationing on the shores of Barbados on Saturday, December 21. He can be seen relaxing, mingling with the locals and waving to the camera while out for a walk.

“I encourage everyone, even if you just exercise for 10 minutes, you will feel better. We are all happy and blessed. You want to live as long as possible. You want to be able to move and you definitely have to do that,” he added.
Earlier that year, the Wahlburgers co-founder told PEOPLE exclusively that he had been forced to adjust his workouts as he got older.

The Boston-born action star also admitted that being an actor and transforming his body for different roles definitely affects his life and overall routine.
“It kind of dictated what I did and how I approached the next four or five months [of life] every year for the last 20 years or so,” he said, noting, “I mean, I’ve changed my weight from 215 lbs. to 137 lbs., which is pretty extreme.” (Wahlberg has put on 30 lbs. for 2022 Father Sturevealing that he probably wouldn’t repeat it as “That took quite a toll on me.”).
