David Beckham replaced his shirt with a sauna!
The former soccer star, 49, took the day to recharge and took fans on a ride on his Instagram Stories over the weekend, when he shared two self-describing shirtless photos from Sunday.
On Sunday, October 6, Beckham uploaded two pictures that show off his toned physique as he prioritized self-care and taking a “minute to himself” in an apparent Iglucraft sauna.

Victoria Beckham shared videos of husband David’s ‘impressive’ gardening skills: ‘You look good!’
The first picture he shared featured a view of one of his spaniels peering into a sauna from a window, while he captioned the photo: “Do you ever get that feeling of someone watching you👀.”
Beckham then uploaded his first shirtless photo, wearing a beanie and holding the camera on his phone as he posed in front of a sauna. “Self-care Sunday 🔥 & 🧊,” he captioned the photo.
And after sharing a picture of his four dogs watching over him outside, the athlete posted another shirtless photo of himself standing in a towel in front of a sauna with a caption describing his relaxing day.
“It’s always important to take a minute for yourself and reset yourself 🔥,” he wrote.

David Beckham unveils new ink of praying hands as he approaches 100 tattoos on his body
Beckham, a longtime fan of Iglucraft, has been using his downtime wisely lately. In September, the dad-of-4 shared a detailed look at his growing outdoor garden and farm — as well as some chickens — on his Instagram Stories.
After showing off the spring onions, wildflowers, plums, kale and cabbage he grows at his Cotswolds home, David’s wife Victoria Beckham, 50, posted a hilarious response to the garden tour on social media.
“Who is this man,” she wrote on her Instagram stories, alongside multiple chicken stickers. “Give me back my husband!”

Farming mishaps aside, David and Victoria are also busy parents as they share four children; Brooklyn Beckham (25), Romeo Beckham (22), Cruz Beckham (19) and Harper Beckham (13).
Speaking to PEOPLE at Stella Artois’ Let’s Do Dinner event at Cipriani in New York last month, David confirmed that his relationship with the former Spice Girl and fashion designer was “absolutely” love at first sight. The couple married in July 1999 and recently celebrated their 25th anniversary.
“Well, of course. She was a Spice Girl and sexy and beautiful and charming,” he said of his first moments with Victoria. “Then I found out what a strong woman she is. So again, it’s the gift that keeps on giving.”
As for the farm, he told PEOPLE at the time that Victoria “gets a lot of content out of the chickens” and that one of their pets had sadly died. “I miss it a bit. The others are doing great. I’m sure you’ll see a lot more content,” he said.
