Deepti played a small role in her first Marathi film Samar Ek Sangharsh (2006). She made her breakthrough in Marathi films with the film Conditions Apply – Ati Lagu (2017), in which she played the lead role of RJ Swara Haldankar.
She has acted in several films including Mantr (2018), Naal (2018) and Ghar Bandook Biryani (2023). The movie “Mantr” won the Best Story Award at the 56th Maharashtra Marathi Film Awards 2019. The film was a finalist in the Marathi film competition Sanskriti Kaladarpan and the Pune International Film Festival.
Apart from this, she also acted in the short films “Kanik” (2018), “Shevanti” (2020) and “Shambharav Sthal” (2023).

Deepti made her debut on Marathi television playing the role of Neha Mohite in “Avaghachi Sansar” (2006-2010). It is the longest running soap opera of Zee Marathi and was re-aired on Zee Yuva in 2020 due to its popularity. In the following years, she appeared in many Hindi and Marathi television series, including “Parrivaar – Kartavya Ki Pariksha” (2007-2008), “Antarpaat” (2009), “Bhagyavidhata” (2009 -2011) and “Mala Saasu Havi” (2012-2013).
Apart from this, she also played a small role in the web series “Indori Ishq” (2021) and appeared in the song “Kahe Koi Ansu” released on Songfest India’s YouTube channel.
