POLICE are appealing for help in finding a man who escaped from a psychiatric institution five days ago.
Terrence Mayes, 41, has been on the run since September 22 after he disappeared from a secure mental institution in Southall, London.

He was detained in an institution under the Mental Health Act.
Despite an extensive investigation, officers have been unable to locate Terrence Mayes and are now appealing for the public’s help.
It has links to Wembley and is believed to be in West or North West London.
Contact the police if you think you have seen him, know where he is or have any information that could help officers locate him.
