Devki Nandan was born on November 12, 1978 in Oharva village of Mathura, Uttar Pradesh to a Brahmin family. He was inclined towards spirituality and developed a keen interest in spirituality from an early age. At the age of 6, Devkinandan left home for Vrindavan. There he studied the Sastras, the Vedas and the Bhagavad Gita. He used to participate in theater performances in Vrindavan. He met his spiritual master Purushottam Sharan Shastri in Vrindavan.

Profession
