News of the young YouTuber’s death came on Tuesday, June 26, 2023, shocking the nation. The accident occurred around 3:30 pm when Devraj and his friends were returning from Nava Raipur on bicycles after shooting a video. While his friend rode the bike, Devraj sat behind. The accident occurred when a high-speed truck coming in the same direction hit the bicycle’s handlebars. Devraj was pinned under the heavy wheels of the truck while his friend was injured. His friend Rakesh Manhar called an ambulance on his bike and Devraj was immediately rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead. After hearing the news of his death, fans from across the country expressed their sadness by sharing some memes and videos of the young viral star. Not only this, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Bhagel shared an old video of Devraj on his Twitter account. He wrote,
Devraj Patel left us today, the man who carved a niche among millions and made us all laugh with Dil Se Bura Lagta Hai. It is very sad to lose such an amazing talent at such a young age. May God give his family and loved ones the strength to bear this loss. Om Shanti. “

- In 2022, the young YouTuber shot a short video related to Atmanand school education. While shooting the video, he met Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Bhagel. Devraj shot a short video with the CM, in which Devraj can be seen saying that there are only two people in Chhattisgarh, one is Me and the other is Mor Kaka. At this point, CM couldn’t help but laugh. The video quickly went viral, with many people sharing it on various online platforms. After the death of young YouTuber on June 26, CM Bhupesh Bhagel shared the same video on his official Twitter account to express his condolences to him and his entire family.
