Dhara Vijay Gujjar was born on Sunday, August 18, 2002 in Behara, Kolkata, West Bengal (age 20; as of 2022). Her zodiac sign is Leo. Dhara Gujjar has represented Bangladesh Under-19 Women, Rajasthan Club Women, East Zone Women under-19, Bengal Under-23 Women, Mohun Bagan AC Women, India C Women, India B Women, East Zone Women and Bangladesh Women in domestic competitions grade. In 2017, Dara was selected for the Bangladesh under-19 women’s team and was appointed vice-captain in the same year. She scored 12 points in the first match against Assam Under-19 team. She was selected for the East Zone Under-19 team in 2017 due to her consistent performance in the Bangladesh Under-19 team. In 2018, she was selected for a cricket camp run by the National Cricket Academy. Gurjar suffered three injuries, including a tibial stress fracture in 2018. She was the captain of the Bangladesh Under-19 team when they won the One-Day League title in 2018-2019. In 2019, she captained the team and scored 34 runs off 29 balls in the 2019 Calcutta Cup final at the Pal & Chatterjee Cricket Academy.
She made her debut for the Bangladesh Under-23 national team in 2019, and later that year she was selected for the Bangladesh women’s team and was named vice-captain of the senior team. She scored 115 runs off 148 balls against Himachal Pradesh Women’s Cricket Team in the Women’s Senior One-Day Cup in Bengaluru on 3 November 2021; this was her first century against Bengal Win by 200 points. Dara played a vital role in Bengal’s victory over Delhi Women in the quarter-finals of the Women’s Senior One-Day Cup (2021-2022); she scored 75 runs and caught a catch off Laxmi Yadav. Gujjar scored 355 runs in six games at a strike rate of 67.23 in the 2021-2022 Women’s Senior One-Day Cup. In November 2021, she was named to the India C Women’s squad for the 2021 Senior Women’s One-Day Challenger Trophy; she played in all three games of the tournament and scored 53 points. Dhara was appointed as the Women’s Captain of the Rajasthan Club in the inaugural season of Bengal Women’s T20 (2022); the Rajasthan Club reached the finals of the tournament.

In November 2022, ahead of the second season of Bangladesh Women’s T20, the Bangladesh Cricket Association announced the appointment of Dara as the captain of the Mohun Bagan AC women’s team. Gujjar was the top scorer for her team in the 2022-2023 Senior Women’s T20 Trophy with 207 runs; she scored 32 runs for Bengal in the final against Railway Women. In 2022, she was named to the East Women’s team for the Senior Women’s Intersection One-Day Trophy (2022-2023). On February 19, 2023, she scored 73 points on 99 balls against West End; she scored 150 points in five games. On 23 January 2023, she scored 161 runs against Pondicherry in the Women’s Senior One-Day Cup (2022-2023).

She made her debut against UP Warriorz Women on March 12, 2023; however, she did not bat or bowl against them. She was named in the eleven against Gujarat Women Giants and scored one run. On March 18, 2023, she scored three runs against UP Warriorz Women before being bowled by Deepti Sharma. She won the Women’s Super League Cup in her first season with Mumbai Indians.
