Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused by a fourth victim of sexual assault in the past few weeks.
In a lawsuit filed Wednesday in New York, the woman, Jane Doe, accused Combs, former Bad Boy Entertainment president Harvey Pierre and a third person labeled the “Third Assailant” of sex trafficking and gang rape when she was 17 years old. Combs, now 54, has denied the allegations.
In a filing obtained by PEOPLE, Jane Doe claims Pierre approached her at a salon in Michigan and convinced her to take a private jet with him and Third Assailant to Combs’ recording studio in New York.
When she arrived, she claims she was given drugs and alcohol before being “viciously gang-raped” “one after another,” the lawsuit alleges.

“As alleged in the complaint, the defendants preyed on a vulnerable high school student as part of a sex-trafficking scheme that involved providing her with drugs and alcohol and transporting her on a private jet to New York City where she was gang-raped by the three defendants in Mr. Combs’ studio,” Atty. Jane Doe, Douglas H. Wigdor, said in a statement. “The depravity of these heinous acts has, unsurprisingly, scarred our client for life.”
Combs denied the allegations in a statement to PEOPLE.
“TOO MUCH IS TOO MUCH. For the last few weeks, I’ve sat in silence and watched people try to kill my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy,” he said.
The mogul added: “Individuals looking for a quick payday have made sick accusations against me. Let me be absolutely clear: I have done none of the aforementioned awful things. I will fight for my name, my family and the truth.”

Diddy is facing a third sexual assault lawsuit as the music mogul denies the allegations
Jane Doe is the fourth person to accuse Combs of sexual assault in the past few weeks. In November, a third woman accused Combs of sexual assault in a lawsuit filed in New York County Supreme Court. In documents obtained by PEOPLE, Jane Doe claimed that Combs and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall took turns raping her and a friend in New York more than 30 years ago.
The indictment came Nov. 23, the same day Diddy was named in another lawsuit accusing him of sexually assaulting a female student in 1991 and days after Combs settled another lawsuit accusing him of rape and molestation — all lawsuits filed under The Act on surviving adults, which expired on November 24.
“These are fabricated claims falsely alleging misconduct from over 30 years ago and filed at the last minute. This is nothing but a money grab. Because of Mr. Combs’ fame and success, he is an easy target for anonymous accusers who lie without conscience or consequence for financial gain,” a spokesperson for Combs wrote in a statement to PEOPLE.
They added: “The New York Legislature certainly did not intend or expect fraudsters to take advantage of the Adult Survivors Act. The public should be skeptical and not rush to accept these bogus allegations.”
In another lawsuit filed Nov. 23, a woman named Joi Dickerson-Neal accused the rapper of drugging and raping her while she was a student at Syracuse University in 1991, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.
Diddy denies the allegations, claiming that Dickerson-Neal made up the story.
“This last-minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned upside down. The 32-year-old Mrs. Dickerson’s story is fabricated and not credible. Mr. Combs never attacked her and she implicates companies that didn’t exist. This is a pure money grab and nothing more,” the rapper’s spokesperson wrote in a statement to PEOPLE.
Former Bad Boy president Harvey Pierre sued for alleged sexual assault and negligence
Dickerson-Neal’s lawyers claim she was the victim of “revenge pornography” after the music mogul allegedly filmed the incident and shared the footage with others in the music industry.
Additionally, Diddy and Casandra “Cassie” Ventura reached a settlement just one day after the singer filed a lawsuit against him alleging rape, sex trafficking and domestic violence in November.
Pierre also faced his own string of allegations last month, after a former assistant accused him of grooming, sexual harassment and sexual assault.
In documents obtained by PEOPLE, plaintiff Jane Doe alleges that Pierre, a longtime Bad Boy Records executive, “used his position of authority” to “groom, exploit and sexually assault her.”
According to the anonymous aide, “Pierre engaged in a year-long pattern of grooming plaintiff, which led to plaintiff’s sexual harassment and sexual assault.”
The filing alleges that Pierre sexually assaulted the plaintiff on “multiple occasions in New York and other locations across the country” during 2016 and 2017. As a result, she claims she suffered “physical, psychological and emotional injuries.”

Along with Pierre, Bad Boy Entertainment, Bad Boy Records and Combs Enterprises, LLC. they were named co-defendants and were accused of gender-motivated violence and negligence.
“Defendants failed to properly supervise Pierre, properly supervise Plaintiff and protect Plaintiff from known danger, thereby enabling Pierre to sexually abuse Plaintiff,” the lawsuit states.
The plaintiff also alleged that the defendants “knew or should have known that Pierre was unfit to be in a position of authority.”
“We recently became aware of a lawsuit filed in New York by a former employee. The allegations date back many years and have never been made public. Neither the plaintiff nor the CEO are current employees of the company. We are now investigating the allegations, and our top priority is safety and the well-being of our employees,” a Bad Boy Entertainment spokesperson told PEOPLE in a statement at the time.
Pierre has not yet responded to PEOPLE’s request for comment on any of the allegations.
