Diddy had ‘prison meltdown’ in hellhole jail as he ‘couldn’t believe he had to spend Christmas behind bars’

Disgraced Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs suffered a Christmas meltdown in prison because he couldn’t believe he was still behind bars over the festive period, it has been claimed.

The music mogul reportedly begged guards to take him to a prison hospital for observation, claiming he believed he had suffered a breakdown on Thursday.

Guards at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center denied Diddy’s bizarre request, according to a source close to the rapper.

An insider said: “With his powerful legal team, Diddy thought he would be out on bail by now.

“Spending the holidays behind bars was a nightmare for him. He eventually managed to calm down with a meditation technique he used while behind bars.

“It took him several hours of deep breathing and focus to get out of the bad space he was in, but he finally did it.”

But another source close to the disgraced rapper denied the claims.

They told the Daily Mail the rapper is still going strong in prison – even during the Christmas period he would normally spend with his children.

Diddy also reportedly appeared unbelievably thinner and graying at a recent court hearing after three months in federal custody.

An eyewitness said there was a stark difference in the disgraced rapper’s appearance, prompting speculation about how prison life is affecting the once lavish music mogul.

“He looked incredibly thinner, as you’d expect [from him being] inside a federal detention center for several months,” said Law and Crime reporter Elizabeth Millner, who attended the hearing.

“A lot different from the luxurious lifestyle he used to live, but he seemed noticeably thinner and maybe being locked up in detention is starting to bother him.”

Millner added that Diddy’s hair also looked noticeably grayer, a far cry from his polished image just days before his arrest in September, when he was seen playing hacky sack in Central Park.

The Sun has reached out to representatives for Sean “Diddy” Combs for more information.

Diddy, 55, has repeatedly denied all allegations against him, pleading not guilty to charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and other related crimes.

A source close to him claims he remains “fit, healthy and fully focused on his defense,” Page Six reports.

Combs is incarcerated in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC), a facility notorious for its bleak conditions.

Even with his wealth and status, the rapper does not receive special treatment, he is faced with the same strict lifestyle as other prisoners.

Meals are basic, with one of the rare exceptions being the Thanksgiving roast turkey and mashed potatoes spread.

Marc Agnifilo, one of Diddy’s attorneys, admitted that prison food was “the hardest part” for his client, who was once used to gourmet meals and personal chefs.

Meanwhile, the rapper’s legal team has been fighting to improve his conditions, arguing that detention severely hampers his ability to prepare for his upcoming trial, which is scheduled for May 2025.

The allegations against Combs sparked a wave of scrutiny and shocking revelations about his alleged behavior.

Prosecutors claim that Diddy used illegal methods to influence potential witnesses in his case, the BBC reports.

That includes allegedly contacting them through other inmates’ phone accounts and orchestrating social media posts designed to sway public opinion and potential jurors.

Court documents allege that Combs ordered his family to release a video celebrating his birthday, later analyzing its audience engagement to gauge its impact on his public image.

Prosecutors also alleged that a woman identified as “Witness Two” was paid to post a statement on Instagram defending Diddy against separate civil charges.

It comes after author and former video vixen Elisabeth Ovesen accused Diddy of being part of a “code of lawlessness” in the music industry.

In her 2005 memoir, Confessions of a Video Vixen, Ovesen detailed how her then-boyfriend, music director Irv Gotti, sent her to Diddy’s home, where she claims she was forced to have sex with the rapper.

Whenever there was someone Gotti wanted to impress, he would send me to them and I would ‘take care’ of them, she wrote.

On September 16, Combs was arrested in Manhattan by the Homeland Security Service on charges of racketeering and sex trafficking.

He was indicted on three federal counts, one of which alleged he forced his victims to participate in drug-fueled sex parties he called “freaks.”

Combs faces a slew of allegations, including rape and sexual assault, from about 120 alleged victims in various criminal and civil lawsuits filed after his arrest.

The rapper denied all the accusations against him.

He is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn ahead of his trial next year and has twice been denied bail.

What happened during Sean Combs’ ‘freak’?

Sean Combs’ infamous drug-fueled insanity, first revealed in his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura’s November 2023 lawsuit, became the central narrative of the indictment, which states:

  • The music mogul “manipulated the women to participate in highly orchestrated performances of sexual activity with male commercial sex workers.”
  • The sprees “occurred regularly, sometimes lasting several days and often involving multiple commercial sex workers.”
  • Combs “distributed various controlled substances to the victims, in part to make the victims obedient and docile.”
  • He and the victims “usually received IV fluids to recover from physical exertion and drug use” after the spree.
  • Officers “seized various Freak Off paraphernalia, including narcotics and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant” from his homes in Los Angeles and Miami.
  • Combs “punched, kicked, threw objects at, and dragged victims, occasionally by the hair,” during and apart from the freak, which “often resulted in injuries that took days or weeks to heal.”
  • He also used “sensitive, embarrassing and incriminating footage” he took during the rampage as “collateral to ensure the continued obedience and silence of the victims”.
