Diddy ‘raped 13-year-old girl with help from male and female celebs at VMAs after-party’, bombshell new lawsuit claims

Disgraced rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been accused of raping a 13-year-old girl, joining two other celebrities, according to a new wave of lawsuits.

The disturbing claims, presented in a series of civil lawsuits against Diddy, allege that the rapper drugged and raped a teenage girl at a VMA after party in New York more than 20 years ago.

The lawsuits were filed in the Southern District of New York late Sunday, Deadline reported.

The alleged victim – identified only as “Jane Doe” – claims she was assaulted after having one drink that left her feeling “dizzy and dizzy” at a house party in September 2000.

Now the 37-year-old claims Diddy raped her while celebrities and celebrities looked on.

The lawsuit states: “Looking for a place to rest, the plaintiff entered what she believed to be an empty bedroom to lie down for a moment.

“Shortly after that, Combs walked into the room along with a male and female celebrity.

“Combs aggressively approached the prosecutor with a crazy look in his eyes, grabbed her and said, ‘You’re ready to party.’

She claimed that Diddy tried to force her to perform oral sex, but she rejected him before grabbing her clothes and leaving the bedroom, “wandering around the house naked looking for a way out”.

The lawsuit alleges that the teenager ended up at the after party after trying to attend the MTV Video Music Awards without a ticket earlier that night on September 7, 2000.

She approached limo drivers hoping to get into the afterparty – including Diddy’s driver, who reportedly agreed to take her to the party because she “fit what Diddy was looking for.”

The teenager claimed she was taken to a house where she signed a non-disclosure agreement and was offered a drink.

After the alleged attack, the teenager managed to escape on foot to a nearby gas station, where she called her dad to pick her up.

The filing states that after the attack, the woman “fell into a deep depression that continues to affect every aspect of her life.”

The latest lawsuit comes days after Diddy demanded to know the names of his alleged victims after being hit with six new allegations last week.

One of the lawsuits alleges Diddy “brutally, orally raped” a man who worked for a rival clothing company at Macy’s, while another alleged victim claimed Diddy groped him at a party in 1998 when he was just 16 years old.

Diddy’s fall

AHEAD of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ arrest Monday night, there was speculation the rap star would find himself in custody after he was repeatedly indicted on disturbing allegations — and the feds raided two of his mansions.

His mounting legal troubles finally came to a head on Sept. 17, when he was indicted on three federal counts, including human trafficking, for allegedly forcing victims to participate in drug-fueled sex parties he called “Freak Offs.”

Hours before his arrest, America’s The Sun exclusively revealed that the feds investigating Diddy were secretly in touch with Tupac Shakur murder prosecutors about gang activity.

The development also comes after Diddy was named 77 times in documents filed by prosecutors in the Tupac murder case.

In addition to the Tupac investigation, Diddy was already facing a number of lawsuits, including one he settled with his ex, Cassie Ventura, after she accused him of rape and abuse.

Disturbing hotel surveillance footage from 2016 shows Diddy chasing after Cassie, then punching, kicking and beating her in the hallway.

Two months earlier, in March 2024, federal investigators raided Diddy’s two mansions and seized three AR-15s, drugs and 1,000 bottles of lube that were part of his “Freak Off” stash.

In addition to the federal criminal charges, Diddy also faces several lawsuits alleging sexual assault, harassment and sex trafficking dating back to the early 1990s.

Music producer Rodney ‘Lil Rod’ Jones filed one lawsuit in February 2024, claiming that Diddy forced him to hire sex workers and engage in sexual acts while working on his latest album.

Diddy has denied any wrongdoing and pleaded not guilty to federal sex-trafficking charges, but his battle is far from over.

He faces life in prison if convicted on all counts.

Another lawsuit claims Diddy allegedly gang-raped a woman and threatened to cut her face off after she questioned him about Tupac’s murder.

Over the past few weeks, Diddy has been hit with a flurry of additional allegations of sexual assault, rape, violence and manipulation by accusers ranging from music hopefuls to total strangers.

Some of the allegations against Diddy claim to have taken place at infamous parties he has held over the years.

Diddy has denied all allegations of wrongdoing.

At parties, Diddy allegedly filmed high-profile guests having sex with prostitutes he brought in from across the country and used the video as blackmail.

Diddy is currently being held at the infamous Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn and has been denied bail twice.

He posted on Instagram for the first time since he was arrested and charged with sex trafficking last week to wish his two-year-old daughter, Love, a happy birthday.

His trial for the criminal offenses of human trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation and racketeering is scheduled for May 5 next year.

Diddy has pleaded not guilty to the charges, and one of his lawyers, Erica Wolff, said the claims were “false and defamatory.”
