Didi Kempot Wiki:- Didi Kempot (born December 31, 1966 – died May 5, 2020) was an Indonesian singer-songwriter in the Campursari style (a crossover between various contemporary Indonesian music genres).

Kempot wrote over 700 poems, most of them in his native Javanese language. Apart from Indonesia, Kempot was also known in Suriname and the Netherlands, which have a significant Javanese diaspora. Kempot died at the age of 53.

Dida’s brother, Mamiek Prakoso, was also a comedian. After leaving high school in Surakarta, Kempot moved to his uncle’s house in Samarinda, but his school was not successful there either.
