Dina started her career as a reporter for ‘KNAZ-TV’ in Flagstaff, Arizona, in 1990. She also started working as a news broadcaster. In 1998, she hosted the California Teachers Association television program, Looking for Excellence. The series, starring Dina Ruiz Eastwood, was broadcast on various Bay Area stations. Similarly, in the 1999 detective thriller True Crime, directed by then-husband Clint Eastwood, she briefly played a reporter. Similarly, she played a reporter in another Eastwood crime thriller, “Blood Work”, in which she also played a second role.
