Stu Allan, a renowned DJ and electronic music producer, passed away on September 22 at the age of 60. On Thursday night, his friends and family confirmed the news and posted a message. on his social media account reads:
“It is with great regret that we are writing to inform you that Stu passed away today.” We will be holding a memorial gathering in Stu’s honor soon, where we can all celebrate his wonderful life. Write a note below about your memories of Stu.”
TV presenter Justin Robertson paid tribute to the late DJ, saying that Allan “exposed him to more wonderful music than he can remember.” He went on to say that Allan’s performance was his first exposure to the sounds of hip-hop and house.

Stu Allan has passed away after a brave battle with cancer. He was diagnosed with this condition a year ago. He spoke freely about his illness and even shared a photo of himself from the hospital with the caption:
“Just a quick update for the curious team. This is me earlier this week, on the road to recovery from “therapy” for a rare GIST. Be patient with me – some days I’ll be fine and other days I’ll feel a bit uncomfortable, but it’ll be okay. Thank you for your review.”
However, his medical history is unclear and there is no information on whether he has had other illnesses in the past.

Allan, born in 1962, is known for his work on Radio Piccadilly and Key 103 in the 1980s and 1990s. In 1993, DJ Magazine ranked him third as the best DJ in the world and His performances had a significant impact on the music of the time.
Allan started his DJ career in 1982 and his remixes/remixes were widely heard on Piccadilly Radio in Manchester from 1984 to 1986. In July 1986 he was featured on the show. his own show on Piccadilly Radio and although he worked as a substitute, he signed a permanent contract. Allan has also produced soul shows such as Souled Out and Bus Diss. He was a popular DJ at Bowlers in Manchester’s Trafford Park and his upbeat old-school music made him a fan favorite in the 1990s. From 1993 to 1999 , Allan was a member of the Eurodance Act Clock production team.
In 1999 and 2000, Allan used this mix and created a very popular show, Kiss Mix, on request from Kiss 100 FM. In 2005 he hosted another show called Hardcore Nation on Pure Dance and in 2012 he moved to Unity Radio 92.8 FM in Manchester. Every Sunday, Allan hosts Oldskool Nation and then airs on OSN.
