The doctor feels grateful after her doctor saved her life.
According to Wbal-TV 11 Baltimore, 61-year-old Dr. Jacquelyn Lacera traveled home from honeymoon in Hawaii to California, when she began to feel uncomfortable for an hour in the flight.
“I became really painful. Fortunately, I was very close to the toilet, so I ran to the toilet and started vomiting, and I became very sweaty … And then I started having very bad chest pain,” she said.

Haley first checked Lcer’s vital signs and revealed that the doctor had some kind of arrhythmia.
According to the Mayo Clinic, arrhythmia is an irregular heart rate that occurs when electric heart signals do not work properly.

“Once we attached to her cuff for her blood pressure, I saw that she was hypertensive. At that moment we talked about it both and I knew I had to act quickly,” Haley said.
The assistant doctor then gave Lacera fluid and oxygen before he laid it.
Although medical experts worked together, Lacera continued to get worse, resulting in Haley decided that a defibrillator should be used.
“We talked about it and I said, ‘I think I have to shock you. “I said,” I have no choice. “And, she said,” Let’s do that, “Haley told 11 News.
Lacera explained, “I said,” Okay, this is a hit rhythm. “It was a decision she had to make in that second in that second.”
“That was the hardest thing I ever went through,” she added.

The shock was successful, allowing the stabilization of Lacera until they landed in California. The airline also sent Haley a letter to thank her for her help, according to the exit.
“It’s amazing. God put her in this situation and she did everything right. It was wonderful,” Lacera said about Haley, according to Wbaltv.com.
“I am overjoyed that she is doing well and I hope she will stay in touch, I hope she is forever connected with me,” Haley added.
According to the socket, Lacera is recovering and should have some heart procedures.
