Dog the Bounty Hunter's Daughter Bonnie Reveals 58 Lb. Weight Loss: 'I Am Really Proud'

Bonnie Chapman — daughter of Duane “Dog the Bounty Hunter” Chapman and his late wife Beth Chapman — is open about her recent weight loss.

On Friday, Nov. 1, the 25-year-old content creator posted an Instagram Reel in which she shared that she “lost 58 pounds in the last 10 months” using the weight loss drug Tirzepatide, a semaglutide similar to Ozempic, and telehealth service Morph Wellness.

“Tirzepatide is semaglutide and a lot of people go on semaglutide because it works,” Bonnie said in her video shared in collaboration with Morph Wellness.

She then explained that she has polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), a “hormone imbalance that occurs when your ovaries produce excess hormones,” according to the Cleveland Clinic, making “losing weight impossible” for her “entire life.”

According to the Cleveland Clinic, “between 40% and 80% of people with PCOS are obese and have trouble maintaining a weight that’s healthy for them.”

Bonnie continued that she “probably” hasn’t “weighed this much since I was a teenager,” adding, “I’m really proud of how I got here.”

The A&E alum also said the drug has taught her how to make healthy choices when it comes to her diet, stating: “Sometimes when I ate something that was too sweet, I didn’t feel great afterwards, and I realized, if I want to feel great all the time, I should be putting things in my body that I could be proud to say I ate.”

According to Bonnie, the drug helps her “process food a little slower, so I stay full longer.”

“Here I am, 10 months later, and I’m so in love with the results. I can look in the mirror and feel so proud that I’ve gotten there. I’m at my goal weight,” she said.

Looking ahead, the reality TV star explained that she will now focus on other health goals that don’t revolve around weight loss.

“I think if anything, I want to tone my new body and I want to make sure I can shed the fat if I stay,” she said.
