Dolly Parton Announces 'Glamorous' Beauty Collection — and, of Course, the Lipsticks Are Covered in Crystals

Dolly Parton’s new cosmetics collection will take you from 9 to 5 (and beyond!) looking flawless.

The icon took to Instagram on August 14 to announce that her cosmetics line, Dolly Beauty, would be available soon – and her fans flooded her comments with excitement.

Her post came with a photo of herself sitting in a make-up chair with her name on the back, in front of a make-up mirror and holding lipstick.

She wrote in the caption – which was a double post shared with her beauty brand’s new Instagram account: “Feeling glam on the inside, so I wanna look like that on the outside… something’s coming @dollybeauty.”

The PEOPLE Puzzler has arrived! How fast can you solve it? Play now!

Officially launching on August 22nd, Dolly Beauty will start with a capsule of four lipsticks — and the bullets are covered in crystals, naturally, because we’d expect nothing less from Parton. The shades are Jolene Red, Honey Plum, Rosebud and Birthday suit and include bright red, mauve, nude and deep purple.

The lipstick bullets themselves even have a butterfly embossed on them. They’ll retail for $20 and hit stores in 2025. But you’ll be able to buy them online this month.

Parton, 78, has long been candid about her relationship with beauty. She told PEOPLE last October that there was only one way she could be seen in public bare-faced: “Death!”

She developed her relationship with makeup over the years, although she didn’t always have access to high-end beauty products due to her upbringing, but that didn’t matter.

“I would find ways to make my own makeup with berries and things that grew wild in the fields. I think all people who grow up in the mountains learn how to improvise with what you don’t have,” she said. “I would light my mom’s old kitchen matches to do my brows and my beauty. However, I find myself mixing and matching different makeups for different colors.”
