Dolly Parton endorses Beyoncé!
On Thursday, the country legend, 78, shared his joy at seeing the “ALIEN SUPERSTAR” singer, 42, succeed in transitioning into a new genre of music.
“I’m a huge fan of Beyoncé and I’m so excited that she’s done a country album,” Parton wrote in a statement via Instagram. “So congratulations on yours Board Hot Country number one single.”
“Texas Hold ‘Em” debuted atop the Hot Country chart.
The “Jolene” hitmaker added that she “can’t wait to hear the whole album!”
Her message comes after Beyoncé recently revealed that her second act renaissance the album would be country. The first act focused on dance songs.
The second act arrives on March 29.

Parton seems to be keeping a close eye on the Houston native, who has been wearing her cowboy hat since her Destiny’s Child days.
While the tracklist and possible artists haven’t been revealed for Beyoncé’s upcoming project, it wouldn’t be far-fetched for the ladies to come together for some musical magic.

In December 2020, the “9 to 5” singer said she hoped someone like the 32-time Grammy winner would re-record one of her biggest hits.
“It’s been recorded around the world over 400 times in many different languages, by many different bands,” Parton said. Big problem of her song “Jolene,” adding, “The White Stripes did it great, and so did a lot of other people.”
