Don Lemon wants to “keep a mirror” for Megyn Kelly after her controversial comments about women in the media.
On Wednesday, February 26, the episode of his YouTube show, Lemon, 55, doubled Kelly’s response to her former associate, Joy Reid, released from her job at MSNBC, while also pointing out the previous times she said “sexist” things about other women. The former CNN Anchor said that “someone had to get up” after Kelly’s comments, at the same time revealing that he was “pretty disappointed” in Kelly’s response to his previous comments on her thoughts about Reid.
Kelly claimed that Lemon was “trying to get a press”, which he called the “weak” answer. He then said that “all women should support all the women, even the brunette, even someone as a journalist with whom he disagrees.”
Lemon had previously called Kelly, 54, on Monday, February 25, an episode of his show after former Fox News Pundit posted a message on X by expressing her approval that Reid had been released.

“Remember when Joy Reid mocks ‘White Women tear’ funny as pathetic and offensive to her? Who is crying now, joy?” Kelly wrote. “Good driving absolutely the worst people on television, and you are ashamed of NBC for a long time.”
Lemon answered his show, saying, “So let me just say Megyn Kelly, in my 30 years as a journalist and my 50 years as a color person: Go—- Okay?”
