Berry sat between them before caressing the teenager’s private parts and then offering him sex.

When the boys got up to leave, she exposed herself and passed out.

When he got home, the boy told his mother, who called the police.

Berry was tracked down after leaving her bank card and phone on a bench in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire.

Berry, who had been drinking white wine, said later: “Oh my God, I don’t remember anything.”

She faces two years in prison after admitting sexual assault.

She was also ordered to wear an electronic sobriety tag for 120 days as part of an alcohol abstinence monitoring program and will have to spend 35 days in rehab.

Berry was told to enter the Sex Offenders Register for ten years.

The incident happened on October 3 last year as Berry made her way through the 300-hectare nature reserve after drinking heavily with friends.

James Coutts, prosecuting, said: “The victim was sitting on a bench in the woods when the defendant approached him.

“She was unknown to him and she was clearly intoxicated.

“She sat between the two boys and began to touch and rub his genitals and upper thighs over his clothes while making grossly inappropriate and sexualized comments.

“She said she would ‘ride him until morning.’

“They actually talked about his upcoming 14th birthday beforehand – and it was very clear to them that she knew how old he was.

“The boys left almost immediately, leaving her on the bench. She removed her clothes and exposed her genitals and bottom before passing out.

“They filmed the scene.

“The victim went home and told her mother who contacted the police.

“The officers went to the scene and found her bank card and phone.

“By the time the officers arrived, she had left the area. However, she was arrested on October 5.

“Her response to the arrest was, ‘Oh my God, I don’t remember anything, like.'”

The court heard that the victim had attempted suicide and also suffered from night terrors that caused him to wet the bed.

Berry has one previous DUI conviction from 2021.

Her adviser John Wyn Williams said: “Unfortunately she has suffered from mental health problems since she was 15 or 16 and Covid has been a particularly difficult time for her.

“She has a self-destructive nature and because of that nature she turned to alcohol to solve his problems, but now she realizes that’s not the answer to her problems.

“It seems that being intoxicated could have led her to do and commit this crime.

“There is genuine genuine remorse and she shows empathy for the victims.”

Passing sentence, the judge, Mr Recorder, Mr Eric Lamb, said: ”I have to consider whether or not you pose a risk of serious harm to members of the public by committing further specific offences, in your case the conclusion is that such a risk is low.

“I accept that there is genuine and genuine remorse.

“On the one hand, this is a sexual assault on a young person by someone who is 27 years old and that is obviously a serious matter.

“But on the other hand there is strong personal mitigation as a result of genuine remorse and the sequence of events that led to your mental health difficulties.

“Now you realize you have to change your ways.”
