DU Teacher’s Day 2023
DU Teachers’ Day 2023: Delhi University (DU) will host an event to celebrate Teachers’ Day on September 5, 2023. It will highlight the role of teachers in nation building. The program is organized in collaboration with Bharat Vikas Parishad and Value Added Curriculum Committee (VAC).
The program will consist of speeches and discussions on mandatory topics related to teaching and the contribution of teachers to nation building. A book will also be published on this festive occasion.
Who will be present at DU’s Teacher’s Day celebration in 2023?
Suresh Bhaiyyaji Joshi, former Sarkaryavah, will address the event. Arjun Ram Meghwal, RSS will grace the event with his presence as the Chief Guest. Suresh Jain, National Organizing Secretary, Bharat Vikas Parishad and Adarsh Goyal, former Supreme Court Judge, will also be present at the programme. DU Vice Chancellor Yogesh Singh will preside over the event.
Furthermore, the event will be attended by various notables from the world of literature such as industry, police, law and administration, including vice-chancellors of various universities. Directors, deans, heads of departments, professors and scientists will also be there.
Program Coordinator Professor Niranjan Kumar, Chairman, Value Added Courses Committee and Dean (Planning), DU, said this is the first program of this nature to be held in the university in over 10 years. He further pointed out that the University is continuously involved in the process of national development.
